Since 2003, the Jutta Vogel Foundation has supported numerous projects, measures and collaborations to promote cultural preservation in the deserts, to raise awareness of the cultural heritage in Africa’s deserts, to encourage encounters between cultures, to improve understanding of the people and their living environments in the deserts and to protect and preserve their rich heritage.
